Do not build up thin walls with the height exceeding the substrate width. The brittle material may be broken by the strong stroke.
Build up the metal with the height less then the substrate width.
Strokes are less dangerous in this case.
Use reinforcement for the building up thin walls.
Drill holes
and fix reinforcing elements. Recall the concrete reinforcement.
Build up metal coating now. Use K-20-11 or K-01-11 at temperature setting "4". In fact the slits between reinforcing elements are filling. The abrasive blasting before the spraying is useful.
Build up with excess.
Cut the excess then
to get the required dimensions. The robustness of the wall is determined by the strength of the reinforcing elements fixation.
