The cracks appeared at all four cylinders. The engine material is cast iron. Cut and blast first,
spray and mill then.
Powder K-01-11 was used.
Sometimes small defects may appear at the coating surface after long restored engine operation. To avoid defects formation the coating should be sprayed at low temperature settings "1" - "3". The coating may be protected by spraying thin layer of nickel K32 after the milling. *AS*
