Technology & Equipment
Vacuum deposited resistive films are used in modern glass heating systems. The film needs reliable contact pads for uniform electric current distribution.
The contact lines are sprayed by DYMET.
To ensure high bond strength the sublayer is sprayed first by powder K-20-10 at temperature mode "1". The copper layer is sprayed over by K-03-10 powder at mode "3".
Positions of necessary gaps and line ends are closed by metal masks.
To avoid glass damage the contact pad thickness should not exceed 0,2 mm.
