Worn coll-rings may be restored.

There is no problem to spray copper. The problem is to avoid the destruction failure of glass-fiber isolating material.

Rotate rotor. Spray K-01-01 at temperature mode "1" - "2". The overheating may destroy the isolator.

Spray some excess to lathe then.

Lathe at small cutter stepover.

Lathe to exact size.

The spraying process took a couple of minutes and 20 - 30 grams of powder.

Being hard-drawn Sprayed copper has slightly much hardness and less electric conductivity.*AS*
