The process temperature and pressure are not very high. The powder K-01-11 may be used after abrasive blasting.

The sprayed material excess is removed carefully and surface is polished then.

By the correct choice of abrasive powder dispersity one may produce the final conformation of the sprayed surface roughness and other mould surface roughness.
