The mould for plastic molding is damaged.

Deep scratch prevents mould opening and plastic demolding.

Blast the damaged surface by abrasive and spray K-01-11 powder. For better adhesion the first layer spray at temperature setting "1" or "2" and fill the crack at setting "3". Small defects spray at "2".

The same defect at counterpart

is eliminated the same way.

Remove small scratches

at the side wall also.
Mill and polish mould after spraying.
