Because of the mould defect the plastic has stuck to the mould. The hummer was used for split.

The mould has got more defects then.

DYMET was used to restore the shape. Spray powder K-80-13.

Metal was built at minimal powder supply at temperature settings "1" and "2".

The final machining and polishing returned the mould to the line.
