The through hole is revealed in the turbocharger wall.

The air temperature in the turbocharger may rich 400 degrees. Polymer putty can not be applied. The cast iron welding is difficult at large objects. This one is one of the smallest.

Use the bolt to make a plug. Bolthead should be cutted to seat densely to the wall and does not stick up to the channel.

Fix the plug by screw-nut outside.

Blast the plug and nearby area by abrasive. Spray K-01-11 or K-20-11. Smooth the sprayed material.
