DYMET

Small defect appeared at the roll. The defect spoils polyethylene film produced. Polymer putty does not save.

The defect is really small, 12 mm in length, 3 mm wide, but influences to the product quality.

DYMET is used to eliminate the defect. Close the roll by paper and mask the defect by thick metal foil.

Abrasive is used to remove the polymer putty residue and prepare the surface. Spray K-01-11 at temperature mode "2".

The cavity is filled.

Grind the sprayed area.

The defect is eliminated. The top layers may be sprayed by nickel K32 to improve corrosion protection.

There is only another color spot at the former defect place.
