The part of extrusion machine

has a defect.

The defect prevents proper polymer melt transportation.

Use metal mask to limit the sprayed area. Blast by abrasive, spray N714 at mode "2"or "3".

Cut the excesses to create the correct profile. Spray thin layer of nickel K32 at mode "3" over the smoothed surface to improve corrosion protection.

Polish and the defect is eliminated.
